Norïe is the product of two better halves—partners in life and business—who came together with a shared vision: to bring a new perspective to the non-alcoholic world.

It all started with a personal journey. One of us was searching for balance, looking to align a healthier lifestyle with an entrepreneurial spirit. The other, a trained chef with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, was on a quest to find a zero-proof sparkling that lived up to her refined palate.

Frustrated by the lack of options that met both our standards—bold flavors, natural ingredients, and a celebratory feel—we decided to create our own. We spent a year researching, testing, and refining, experimenting with organic fermented flowers, fruits, and botanicals. The result? Norïe: a sparkling blend that redefines what it means to raise a glass.
